Banguze media & communication Ltd is a private company situated western part of the United Republic of Tanzania in Kigoma region.
The objects for which the Company is established are:-
(a) To carry on the business of media and entertainment, advertising, media communication and consultancy advertising agents, public relations consultants and sales promotion consultants in all their aspects and to advise on publicity, sales promotion, staff relations, industrial relation, press and community relations . To conduct and advise on market research, publicity projects, advertising campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, displays, film shows, radio and television programmes, and also to carry on the business of investment advisers, market research and to act as intermediaries in the introduction of sellers, purchasers and partners.(b) To carry on business as owners and managers of radio stations and television networks and programmes thereto related in the United Republic of Tanzania and elsewhere programmes producers and radio and television broadcasters, to carry on the business or business of buyers, sellers, hirers importers, exporters and dealers in radio and television sets and sound producing machines of all kinds, electrical appliances, apparatus and fittings, household and domestic appliances, labour saving contrivances and similar articles.
(c) To hire out, lease out, or otherwise sell and/or lend studio time to individuals or corporations for the recording and preparation of studio signals and radio programs, or buy any movable or immovable broadcasting facilities or installations in the United Republic of Tanzania for the purpose of diversifying or enhancing the broadcasting capabilities of the company in so far as is permissible by law. To network in radio signalling with other broadcasters to facilitate simultaneous broadcasting of programmes for commercial gain, prestige or for public interest. etc. Please for any official do not hestate
